At SportingFit Australia we believe that the best way to motivate people to exercise is to make it fun. Most people would agree that some form of regular exercise is good for you, but when it comes to actually exercising, so many find it hard to get motivated. It doesn't matter if you are exercising for health reasons or for sports conditioning or for some other purpose, the more enjoyable your exercise program the more likely you are to complete it.

As you can probably tell from the above quote, we are not exactly 'fitness fanatics' at SportingFit Australia. We understand from personal experience how hard it is to make the commitment to exercise so we make every effort to make our fitness programs as much fun as possible. After all, the more fun it is the more you want to do, which is good for you and good for us.

Fitness Football is as much about having fun as it is about getting fit and learning football skills. The sessions are fun, social occasions, where your fitness workout merges with a chance to catch up with friends for a chat.The program is based on fun football coaching games and is a great way to build up your fitness levels and have fun at the same time.
You don't need to be a football player to enjoy Fitness Football. The fact that you may end up being the best player at the next family kick around is just a bonus!

Our SportsFit programs are slightly more serious but still enjoyable. SportsFit is for sports people of all ages and abilities that want to get fit to play sport.
We will help you improve your sporting performance with functional fitness training programs that are both effective and enjoyable. Our fitness programs are based on the latest conditioning methods used at the highest level in world sport providing you with the opportunity to train like elite athletes.
At SportingFit Australia we understand that you do not have the same amount of time to put into your conditioning programs as elite athletes, so we have streamlined our programs to give you the best possible results for the time you spend.
Our programs are designed by sports people with extensive sports fitness knowledge, not fitness fanatics who think it’s ‘fun’ to run 10kms or pump iron at the gym. Therefore, our clients not only get a great sport specific workout but they also have fun at the same time.

Soccer Stars In Training
At SportingFit Australia we offer professional Football Coaching to all ages and all abilities. Our FFA licensed coaches have developed a series of (look out here comes that word again) 'fun' coaching programs that will help you or your child reach your/their full potential a footballer.
As well as regular weekly programs we offer specialty programs such as preparation for team grading or goal keeper training. We also run school holiday programs in conjunction with local football clubs.

Even More Fun
If you are looking for a birthday party with a difference then hold a SportingFit Australia Sports Party. Our parties are fun for the kids and easy for the parents. All our parties are run by a qualified sports coach. We provide all the equipment, invites, prizes/medals and a gift for the birthday girl or boy.
Our parties are primarily aimed at children but there is no reason why they can't be great fun for adults too!
